Sorry this didn't help. I have file menu highlighted in pale green. I cut out part of the screenshot so I could fit on the screen without reducing size. The main menubar will drift down. To add commands to an existing, built-in tab, you must first create a new group on that tab. There may be some commands in this list you want available on the ribbon.
